Working to a brief set by Heals, the aim of this project was to design and make a product that would suit the ethos of Heals as well as be able to fit into a small suitcase.

I took inspiration from the fabrics department and and their connections with the Second World War. During this time, their factories were used to manufacture parachutes to contribute to the war effort. 

It was designed with a younger client base in mind; one who maybe short of space. The abiltiy of folding it away allows the user to only use it when it is needed.
